Original Item: One-of-a-kind. This is a wonderful 40 page album featuring 60 high quality photos on heavy paper backing. The first half of the album features a German WWI infantry officer with his men many dated 1918. The subjects feature many soldiers in uniform posing individually and in groups.
The second part of the album jumps to 1939 -1940 and features multiple infantry soldiers both officers and enlisted men in various locations along with artillery, Christmas, towns, celebrations and more. Evidently this belonged to a father and son who both served in the German Army. Offered in excellent condition.
100 year old German WWI photo albums are very difficult to find in todays market, especially ones that feature large high quality photos and the second world war.
